Nick was born in Newport and graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He joined Newlands in 1969, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1977 and is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He is a keen auctioneer and has a wide experience of the property market in South East Wales including surveying matters & all aspects of the residential, commercial & agricultural market. David joined the District Valuers & Valuation Office in Newport in 1975 before joining Newlands in 1982 & qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1984. David was asked to manage & develop our Cwmbran office & his wide experience in residential & commercial sales, surveys & valuations throughout the Borough of Torfaen has helped this office become one of the busiest estate agency offices within our practice, with sales success continuing to grow. Mike was born in Newport and joined Newlands in 1974, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982. He is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers & is currently the president of the local South Wales & Monmouthshire branch. Mike specialises in all aspects of Land Agency, including sales & valuations, quotas, easement & pipeline claims and auctioneering of property, machinery and livestock. Keith was born in Abergavenny. He has worked in the local property market since leaving school and joined Rennies, now part of Newland Rennie Wilkins, in 1972. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1979 and is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Ken was born & educated, locally. He joined a local estate agents firm in 1971 but when this practice was 'taken over' by a 'Corporate' he was keen to remain independent and so joined our Chepstow office in 1991 with responsibility for increasing property sales in that office & our Caldicot & Magor offices. Since then, these offices have seen a significant growth in sales. Ken has considerable local experience & a keen eye for spotting a property suitable for sale by public auction. John was born in Abergavenny and educated at Hereford Cathedral School. He joined Rennies in 1958 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1962. He is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He has spent a lifetime specialising in the local land agency market around Abergavenny & Monmouth, particularly auctioneering & forestry, the latter, having taken him all over Great Britain. Tony was born in Cardiff and educated at Wycliffe College, Stonehouse, Glos. and has lived in the Newport area all his life. Before joining Tippins and Wilkins in 1978, where he became a partner, Tony worked in two well established Newport based Independent Chartered Surveying practices. Tony is now a consultant and has over 30 years experience in all aspects of Residential surveys and valuations including RICS Homebuyer reports and delapidation schedules of all classes of property. Ian is local to the area and has been involved in estate agency since 1988. Before joining us, he gained extensive experience with both independent and 'corporate' practices working in Cwmbran, Blackwood, Ebbw Vale & Monmouth and has a wide understanding of the local property market. He joined us in 2001 to boost property sales in the Abergavenny & Monmouth areas and sales in these areas have, since his arrival, more than tripled. June was born & educated, locally. She has considerable knowledge of the public relations industry where she worked for many years before joining our firm at the Chepstow office in 1991. She has a thorough knowledge & understanding of the local residential sales & lettings market & was one of the first two people in Wales to gain an NVQ level 3 in Estate Agency. Susan was born in the area & has a distinction in modern office technology. She joined our Cwmbran office in 1996 and was promoted to branch manager in 2001, since which time the estate agency has developed from strength to strength. Born in St Albans, Herts, John began his estate agency career in 1971 with a chartered firm of estate agents & auctioneers gaining considerable experience and success in the sale of town & country property. John relocated to Wales in 1987 where he subsequently worked in the Chepstow/Wye Valley area then transferred to Monmouth in 1995 where he became a senior manager for a large independent estate agency, before joining us in June 2004. John's appointment underpins a considerable depth of knowledge & expertise offered at the Monmouth office on all residential property in the town & surrounding countryside together with agricultural, professional work & auctions. Kaye is local to the area. She worked in the retail industry before joining the Welsh Development Agency, where she was responsible for relocating the staff of major inward investment companies such as LG & Bosch. She joined the firm in 1998 as residential lettings manager and was responsible for a substantial growth in our client base. She became Newport's business development manager in 2002, further developing sales & lettings, including our 'buy to let' service. In 2005 she became Head of Residential Services. Alison was born in Newport & has worked in the local property market since 1994. Before joining Newland Rennie Wilkins, she was manager of the property management centre & maintenance department of a regional lettings company, with a large portfolio of over 600 properties. She joined us, at our Newport office, in 2002, as maintenance manager of our lettings department and later that year was promoted to lettings manager, during which time, our client base has continued to rise and includes major PLC companies & Government Bodies. She has written many articles and done a series of broadcasts looking at all aspects of the property market for the BBC. Stuart is a Director of Be Independent - Independent Financial Advisors and was born and educated in Newport. He has worked as a financial adviser in local estate agency practices since 1993, gaining vast experience of the mortgage market.
